"Before I joined I was disappointed that my weight was on a gradual incline and was worried about seeing 250 on the scale. My biggest struggle was snacking and the amount of food I was consuming at meal time.
Overall, a great experience. I dropped 40lbs in 16 weeks and couldn’t be happier with the results I’ve gotten.
Losing the weight was the biggest achievement but probably more importantly was creating new habits to be successful going forward and keeping the weight off.
I thought it was gonna be such a challenge to get where I wanted to in terms of weight but overall, if you follow what you are supposed to do and still enjoy everything you liked before. The pounds will come off. It’s a very realistic way to lose weight.
