Before the challenge I was very frustrated! I had gained 10 pounds the previous year. My lab work indicated adrenal fatigue, low progesterone and sluggish thyroid. I had a really hard time losing weight, no matter what I did. I felt tired and bloated. And I always craved sugar.

This program has been wonderful! I have developed healthy eating habits that I can implement long term. I love that this program is sustainable, not a quick fix or crash diet. At first, my sugar cravings were intense, but after a couple weeks, they subsided. Now, I can eat a small piece of dark chocolate and be satisfied.
