I have spent YEARS testing different methods and fine tuning a system which has now allowed myself and endless others to achieve the results they wanted to AND maintain it with ease, which is sometimes the hardest part.
 
I know one of the biggest challenges is actually finding something sustainable. 

Every other trainer and program out there is just trying to beat you up in the gym and starve you to death. 

Anybody can do that, but the real solution and goal is to find something so you can eat the way you like, train the way you like, enjoy life the way you want, and still get results.

My mission and purpose is to help individuals that want to have a sustainable lifestyle AND do it in the easiest way possible.  
 
Honestly, it’s just not that hard and complicated as most fit pros would make you believe. 

When I started out…I had no idea what I was doing or if it would even work. 🤷‍♂️ 
 
I had ZERO confidence in my body and was very depressed. I self-medicated and ate a ton of junk food to mask the pain BUT deep down, all I knew was that I wanted things to change. 
 
So I started going to the gym and started eating the right foods and WOW! I felt so much better mentally BUT I was still stuck reaching my goal 
 
So I did what we all do and started scouring Google for all the answers only to end up feeling more confused and overwhelmed. 🤯
 
I tried every fad diet/program out there and would lose some in the beginning but I would always end up going back to my old ways and gaining it all back again.
 
Then all of a sudden a light bulb went off 
 
I realized that I was not the problem. The problem was all the misinformation out there telling me I had to do this and that and then this again. 
 
I didn't fail the programs, the programs failed me.
 
You see, each program was so restrictive that there was no way anyone could maintain it long term (and keep their sanity at least)
